Flush Bottom Valve

This Flush Bottom Valve is used to provide drainage to the reactors, vessels, storage tanks, autoclaves, etc. To make it operative, it is placed at the bottom of the vessel. Basically, it contains a disc that controls the flow. It is used in pharmaceuticals, food and beverages and various other industries. Since in its manufacturing, we have used corrosion and chemical resistance material, it is suitable even for the most abrasive fluids. The valves seating are Ptfe / Neoprene / Viton depending on the process.Flush Bottom Valves Opening Option: Inside Vessels or Inside Valve opening. Available in the size from 25 MM to 250 MM with different material of construction like Cast Iron, Cast Steel, SS 304 / 316 or any special alloy to suit user requirements. Also available in Jacketed Design & Ptfe lined Design.This Flush Bottom Valves are provided with Heating / Cooling Jackets extra-long spindle and with cylinder arrangements can be made for valve closing.In process industries, many processes contain fluids which are difficult to handle with conventional valves-Ball, Globe etc. These fluids may be Highly Abrasive slurries, highly viscous liquids, liquids solidifying at ambient temperature or any other. For such liquids, we manufacture Y-type flush bottom valves. 

The Valve flushes with vessel bottom from inside of the vessel the seat barrel is extended to the bottom inner level. This will eliminate cylindrical16o1 cavity between valve seat & vessel bottom, thus identical conditions temperature prevail on valve is eat & vessel bottom.
The valves are being manufactured in two designs

1. Inside Vessel Opening Design in this design valve disc goes inside vessel when it opens.
2. Inside Valve Opening Design  -  in this design valve disc goes inside valve when it opens, the design have two construction Plug Disc Type & Ram Type.

The valves are being manufactured in all material of constructions.
Stellited & resilient seats are provided as per process applications.
